@Lulu_Lulu: at least i made the effort to make this post though that's your opinion to say what you want, i know some things are bit over top but still it's 'work in progress' if you didn't read that.
i wouldn't mind RARE doing the long-lost HD remake of GoldenEye 007 from the N64, i didn't like the official remake cause they codified it, but it would be cool if they could bring back from the dead and maybe add more features, i know it got canned due to licencing issues with Nintendo.
In the past 10 years technology with computers, phones, software, hardware and many types have evolved so much than it did in the previous decade, from dvd to bluray, 2D to 3D, single core processors to multi-core, mobile phones to smart phones and so many more. Now do you think that the next ten years would have an impact on this generation like the previous?
And what predictions do you think may come soon, we already have small glimpse of future technology like 4k-8k TV's, what's your thoughts on it?
Last December I was trying to get some sleep about a week before Christmas. I was home alone as my sisters were at my aunt's home and my folks were in Vegas for a pool tournament.
Around 1 in the morning, I woke up because I started hearing crying outside my bedroom door, really loud stuff, like someone just discovered a loved one's body. It went on for 2 straight hours, nothing but wailing and screaming until 3 in the morning. I was so spooked that I called my friend who was getting ready to go on his paper route and went with him. I ended up developing temporary insomnia and didn't sleep for a week and a half. I didn't go back into my room at night until February.
I haven't heard the crying since, but I'm still pretty weirded out by it. Whatever the f*ck it was, it scared the shit out of me.
I know it's a very strange subject but just imagine if you could still play your favourite games 100 years on, backwards compatibility for something :)
