Ive been unable for a long time to play any videos (not even my own videos) that has been marked with "Contains Explicit Content"

Everytime i try to view the videos i type in my DOB and i get this messege.

(we are sorry, but you are not eligible to view or download this video due to ESRB guidelines)

I dont think im too young since in 20 years old, if anyone has the same problem please post it here or if anyone has a solution.

I would like to request a price reduction for European subscribers (Not to be cheap:)) but because Europeans like myself dont have the possibilities that US resident members have like being able to participate in events like TTV and that sort of thing, How can that be by the way? this is over the Internet manand the Internet was created for bringing people from other countries together and they play via the Internet anyway in TTV like the Motor Storm tournament and not always over LAN so i cant see why Europeans cant compete.

So i think either Europeans should pay less for their membership because some features are unavailable or they could give Europeans unique features that the American members do not have to make the balance work.
