I completely agree. While MMOs are, for the most part, an ever changing "art". Other games are their paintings. Once done, they are complete. There is no going back to it, ever. Making a sequel, sure. Improving on the next one, sure. But, that is all that should ever be done. Some gamers have come to think of games, not as art, but rather as a product. Something made for them. And to a point, that is true. So long as both the "product" desired doesn't guide the artists hand, but instead inspires it. I felt the art analogy worked well, so I went with it. *shrug*

@Timoteo2k1: It may seem like a small percentage, but that is the number of people who took the concensus. It does not include those who did not take it, nor does it include the many who are in denial or believe themselves straight due to social pressures. The number is most assuredly higher. Though I wouldn't go as far as to say 25%. Just, higher than what the consensus says. And, women are more likely to be open with their sexuality than guys, as they don't receive as much discrimination as male homosexuals. So, technically that's LESS women for you. XP

In regards to the other two "Associations", I love some of Bioware's games and I really dislike some of Bioware's games (I can't say hate, because I've never played a game I think I might hate. With previews/reviews, I usually get a really good idea of that before getting my hands on the game). But, the thing many gamers fail to keep in mind, is that Bioware and other game developers are businesses. That means making decisions which generate revenue and appeal to a wide audience. If a company were to stick to what made it big, it would quickly get out-shined and forgotten. It's a fine line between doing what you did to get there, and doing what is necessary to stay there.

I believe there is a bias towards male homosexuality that is not shared with female homosexuality, and has been that way for some time. It's not hard for a guy to think, "A woman (who is hot) likes another woman (who is hot), that = awesome!" In fact, it's quite typical, albeit a simplified example. However, when sexuality between two guys are the subject, from a heterosexuals' point of view, neither are of interest. And quite likely of such a large disinterest, the reactions are exceptionally negative. Thankfully I'm not one of those kinds of guys, though I must admit, I did use to at a distasteful part of my life. The fact is, with so much debate on homosexuality and the misinformation given by those who oppose it, it's no wonder Bioware is attacked for it. It does not mean they are wrong in their stance though. Something happened in the past few years that has changed many gamers from being forward and open thinkers, to being backwards and hypocritical (liking lesbians, but despising gay male relationships).

Wow, talk about nerd rage... there are some of us gamers who can tolerate a difference of opinion. Unfortunately... the ones who can't are usually the loudest.

Lol, beat the game in a day... derrr. They said it would be twice as long as the first one for each mode. That doesn't quite calculate into more than a days play time. Especially if you have no life and play for 5(ish) hours straight. Either way, this game was great. I'll likely play through it again at some point, especially the co-op mode.
