What the hell is Tomb Rider still doing here ?... Okay I'll just hide it with my hand---(puts hand in front of screen)--- there, good...much better.
The Stanley Parable is a "tour de force" of video game writing and atmosphere.
Bioshock Infinite is a masterpiece because every texture, sound, line of dialogue, color palette, design etc. is meant to serve the purpose of the script which, by the way, is absolutely brilliant on so many levels because it successfully translates its various points of view in a modern, contemporary way, to which we can easily associate with.
And DMC Devil May Cry was just...well, incredibly solid and really enjoyable. Great mechanics, good story, amazing voice acting and motion capture, outstanding score, tip top art direction. What's not to like really ? :-)
Metro Last light is also pretty solid but the atmosphere is a little too grim for my taste so I couldn't continue playing. It was just too depressing.
I haven't played every game nominated unfortunately but I'm dying to star playing Brothers and Gone Home.
This video is good for the community. And good for the industry in general. The gaming community is still so young it acts like a teenager in the face of adversity and/or contradiction. Thank you Feedbackula for this valuable lesson. I hope people will listen to it and understand it.
