@DrunkenGoon I played it on PC first and had zero problems with the Mako. Wasn't the best controlling vehicle in videogame history, but it was plenty fun. They should've fixed the planet hopping and scouting instead of scuttling it in favor of scan the planet and send a probe minigame crap. The exotic planets really added to the whole ME universe. I remember visiting all these planets, especially in the sequels, that had some fascinating backstory and then all you can do is scan it and drop probes. I want to see planets that are purple rock with raining sulfuric acid. I think they should've made the gravity matter. It would've been awesome operating the Mako and then operating it again in 0.3g or 2.5g.

@simonmetcalf Sounds like maybe you should give up on gaming. 30 hours is a nice ride, but it can get by being an 8 hour game if those 8 hours are the most fun I've had in a year and have a nice replayability to them. Also, there are still plenty of really LONG games. Borderlands series, Fallout, Elder Scrolls, there's a bunch. Of course to make them long, they just extend a lot of the treadmills. COD, which gets to much crap for the quality of the series, takes all the fun, all the action and condenses it into a highly kinetic, spectacle-filled blast. But 30 hours is not bad, sir. And developers could create 400 hour games, but they'd have to reuse their assets to the point you got sick of them. I don't think you know what goes into creating even a single level of any modern AAA game. Millions of $ in art, code, sound, play design and testing. They could do what they did in the 16 bit era and palette swap everything to create "more content". But that's weak design nowadays.

This game is no 10, but by any measure, it meets the definition of at LEAST a 6 or 7. He knocked it specifically because he thought it was sexist. Not all of us are into these liberal bullsh1t causes. You become an outlet for "social change" instead of an objective games site, you'll lose at least some of us.
@Dannystaples14 No shit. I figured it was remap like everyone else. That is ridiculously unbalancing if you can assign any skills you want from any tree. I don't know if I want to try it. It's like Cheese mode. I don't even farm on anything less than Torment I. Without challenge, why play? Yeah, it takes me longer to gear up and crap, but I probably have more fun doing so as I don't just get to stand in the fire and button mash every elite to death.
