I am so bored with the 360 right now. Im waiting for Mass Effect anxiously but im wondering if it will be worth my wait. If it is a flop, i dont know what i will do with the 360. Has any body seen any trailers for it?oldmenkickbuttMass Effect looks good, but its not the only good game on the way. Bioshock, GTAIV, I dare say Halo 3 may be quite popular as well. And, oh yaeh, Assasins Creed.
If you'd said it was a choice between gaming and sex, well that would be a different matter.
Of course there are now plenty of new things to criticise, but ultimately Home seems to offer what a lot of people want, an interactive experience where you can communicate and spend money all in the same virtual space. Home has the potential to be extremely successful: It'll be like having the High street, cinema and arcade all in your front room. Many people may never leave the house again, but its a logical step in the connected consumer world we live in.
... Worms is worth it. freaky_monkeyHaving played the demo I'd day no. Its just more of the same old boring stuff we're all used to from XBLA. Hopefully MS decision to increase the basic size allowance to 150MB will at least allow some better games.
[QUOTE="chineolee"]This news is a blow to European Playstation fans. Sony are cutting costs on European PS3 hardware , but they're not passing the savings on to the consumer. On the contrary, they're charging more. How does that work?ZeLeamThe price increase is the same % than other stuff has, and it's due taxes, transport etc. They're losing 200 bucks per console... lowing the price when you manage to lower the costs would make very little sense. True, and I'm sure that part of the reason for leaving out the emotion chip is to ensure they can afford to do a price cut in Europe later on down the line, but still, it won't sit well with people. Backward compatibility has been touted by Sony as a selling point since the beginning, and they've completely undermined that now.
