I'm sure you've all seen "lol" before, it plaques forums the world wide, and simply put, it stinks and I hate it. Now,I know this seems fanatical and extreme, but believe me when I say that this menace should be stopped! I mean just look at it, it instantly destroyes the credebility of all who use it. Can you amagine someone submitting a job interview with the line " Harvard Law School Degree LOL!!!!". Once again, it probably seems to you, the un-conserned citizen, that this is not a problem, but it is. Besides destroying the credebility of its users, it also ruins the grammer and vocabulary of all the morons who use it. Pretty soon, 5th graders will start handing papers with " Arbraham Lincoln was shoot in da face LOLZZ!! " all over it! This simple internet acronom could start chain reaction that could, eventually, unravail civilized life and all of humanity!!! Now he hates us. We got him by calling him over to my house. And saying someone he really liked died (Amy) this girl in are grade. She was in on it to. So we did/said all this stuff to make it true and he bagain to cry. Then we brought him into my room and when he put his gaurd down we put a sack over his head. And we put him in the trunk of my freinds car and drove him to Bay Park (15 minutes away) and left him, with the sack almost open. He got home about an hour ago flipping out on us. When we left a picture on his door with Amy and Us that says APRIL FOOLS RETARD and now he hates us. Isint that stupid?Kokiri-Kid

Hi there, I've switched from Ubuntu to PCLinuxOS but will do my best to help, had a quick look at the site, they have changed the download format. I think what you have is the "Live" version of the CD i.e. it just shows you what ubuntu has to offer without installing anything on the system.

What are you looking to do, are you looking to install ubuntu onto your HDD?
