I just came back from the ESO website and they mention that anyone looking for the PS4 ESO:TU download will have to wait "You'll be able to begin downloading the game on the PlayStation Network this Wednesday (November 16) starting at 12:01AM local time in Europe and 12:01AM EST in North America" ( http://www.elderscrollsonline.com/en-us/news/post/2016/11/15/eso-free-play-weekend--playstation-4-and-pcmac ).

As for the Steam version, "You can begin downloading the game now on Steam so you’re ready to team up with friends when the event begins on Wednesday, November 16 at 1:00PM EST/6:00PM GMT" ( http://steamcommunity.com/games/306130/announcements/detail/693946784158932023 ).

I am assuming the Steam version will open around midnight EST time for the download to work. The download option is not open as of the time of this post.
