Sorry for the late reply, thanks for the suggestions, I'll have a think about them, something's come up, so I can't invest in anything right now, but that measn I have more time to be certain.

I presently own a GameCube, and in the past I have owned a SNES, Sega Mega Drive (Genesis), Sega Master System, PlayStation, PlayStation 2 and a Game Boy Advance SP.

Right now I'm thinking about either expanding my GCN library or getting another legacy console, I'm open to suggestions, even platforms that I haven't previously owned.

I don't really like JRPGs or sports games, but I like action, shoot 'em ups, racing, brawlers and things like that.

Would anyone care to throw ideas my way please?

It's being made by Sony, they messed up with the PS3, so that's all the reason I need.

Then don't buy a next gen console, it's reallythat simple, no one is forcing you to.

and it's not like all games being made for your console/s of choice will stop being made as soon as the next console is announced.

Hell yeah I'd love that, I got to play File #1, but offline only, the idea behind it is great, but the friendly AI sucks, in fact, the AI teammates are trolls, taking inportant items, refusing to use them and refusing to give them to me. lol

Actually, Batman: Arkham Asylum GOTY is considered a separate game when it comes to achievements, but generally, GOTYs are just the normal game.
