I must say, I'm ashamed that I didn't even notice that this was happening until now. Normally this might not be so bad, but considering I live in Nebraska, I would have thought that I'd have known earlier.

I blame Steam.

Well, I have a moustache that I'm told is beautiful. Otherwise, I would consider myself to be rather average looking.

I can't think of any purely objective way to judge which book is the greatest of all time. It all comes down to opinion.

In terms of my personal favorite fiction book, I think it would be Animal Farm, simply because it demonstrates very well how such a great concept can be ruined. Of course the theme of the book is more specifically referring to the corrupting of communism in the Soviet Union, but I think it can be applied to any idea, really. The lessons that it teaches are far deeper than it may seem.

As for non-fiction, I might say Cosmos by Carl Sagan is my favorite, simply because it presents many scientific concepts in a way that accessible by anyone. A close contender, however, is The God Delusion by Richard Dawkins, not really because of arguments to disprove the existence of deities, but the encouragement of scepticism and asking questions about the existence of deities. And I would even go further to say that these lessons, like those in Animal Farm, translate into almost any subject very well. Questioning what you are told is a good thing to do, regardless of the situation at hand.

If anything, it provides almost unlimited potential to learn. You can figure just about anything out in 30 seconds these days. Whether it's a recipe or a complex mathematical concept, with the pressing of a few keys you're able to get your data. Granted, there are a lot of people who don't take advantage of this privilege, but it's still there.

One way you could think of it is that people make the internet stupid. They just let all of this potential go by.

These are the worst games that I used to own:

(PSX) Slamscape, Perfect Weapon

(NES) Jaws, Rambo, Wrestlemania, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Dino Wars

(Saturn) Criticom

Bubble_Man

Everyone I've met who knows about that version of TMNT seems to love it, but I can't stand it. I just can't.

In my opinion, my worldview is only "right" in that it does not assume that it is "right." There is insufficient evidence to make a conclusive judgement of my worldview and how correct it is. There are things that definitely seem more likely than others, yes, but for the majority I can only make inferences based on what little evidence there is.

I'll be going to college in theoretical physics, which I enjoy. So I'd say rather good.

Blind radicals. I don't care what they act radically about, if they refuse to question something simply because the majority of a group they support accepts the idea, they have lost the ability to think rationally.

I live in Nebraska; it's not as bad as some surrounding areas, but I can agree with this for the most part.

I don't think I'd be in any position to know if I was dead.
