Another issue I'm having:

On the main page, when I scroll down and click on "Show me more" on the bottom of the article list, it takes me back to the top of the same page...

Seriously, what the hell?

Lot of weird stuff going on today, first I thought it was Firefox, but problem occurs in IE too:

When on the main page, I can see the articles, headlines and descriptions.. But I cant see the number of comments placed.. (see image)

When I open the articles, I cant type in the text box..  And cannot reply to any messages. Also it says 'sign in', which I already am. (see image)

I also cannot enter my Inbox... When I hold my cursor over the orange mail Icon at the top of the screen, a drop down menu is supposed to appear. It no longer does.  I can still view my profile and friends, collection etc so that is working fine.

Does anyone know what might be the problem?

(Weirdly enough, I also have problems entering the US IGN site..  (it always automatically redirects me to the BENELUX site first, but normally I could use the Globe Icon at the top and click on US, and then a new tab opened with the US IGN site.  Now I simply get the same tab with the benelux version :S

but I nvm IGN is not your juristiction :P )

- Wolfenstein 3D!!

- After that, Doom, Quake, Duke Nukem 3D.

- After that came a period when we didnt have a decent PC for years, and I was all about SEGA and SNES. I missed Half Life 1!

- Then came the N64 with Goldeneye and Perfect Dark.

- Medal of Honor 1 and 2 on the PSX

Got back into pc gaming around the time of Medal of Honor: Allied Assault. Shortly after that came call of duty 1

Have played every major pc shooter since then. All Call of Duties, Half Life 2, Counterstrike, Doom 3, Prey, Far Cry 1 and 2, Crysis 1 and 2 the list goes on and on.

Im getting old!

My best FPS experience on PC: Doom 3, Far Cry 1, Half Life 2, Crysis 1.

Best FPS experience on Console: Halo 3!! After that, good old Goldeneye N64, ahh the memories...

Yoyo, this might be a very late reply lol, but in case you havent found out already:

First of all, here's all you need to know about overclocking quad cores.

http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/240001-11-howto-overclock-quads-duals-guide

I Just got my new pc too, here are my specs:

  • Asus P5Q Pro motherboard
  • Intel Core Quad Q6600
  • Asus Silent Knight 2 CPU cooler
  • 8 GB DDR2-800
  • Sapphire Radeon HD4870 X2 (2GB)
  • Creative Soundblaster X-fi Xtrememusic
  • Case: Enermax Phoenix Neo(black with red LED's) -- two 120mm case fans, one 250 mm monster side fan

Im gonna try to overclock to 3,2 Ghz too, that should be just enough for today's games. Let me know how the overclocking worked out for you, will ya?:) Im wondering how the Asus Silent Knight 2 will do.

PS: did you really spend so much on a legit version of Windows Vista Ultimate? Damn dude, you could've put that money in your PC instead. I have all versions of windows vista right here, copies ofcourse. Works just as fine as the one you spent so much money on in the store. BUYING windows is a BIG waste of money.

besides, snake singlehandedly took down

a Tank(with just grenades),

lots of Gekko's,

a Cyborg Ninja, (who was way more powerful than him, equally strong or stronger than the Chief)

A Hind D helicopter

Snipers

And, of course... Several Metal Gears. A fight with brutes and the chief would be nothing new for him. He'll get the job done one way or another.

[QUOTE="Jared2720"]lol... Master Chief looks like such a little punk next to Solid Snake.cervantas_sword

lol funny thing is master chief would kill solid snake with ease hes way faster stronger smarter and more experienced

in fact any one of the elites or the brutes would kill snake easily

fact is, Snake could infiltrate a battlefield full of marines, brutes and elites, assassinate Master Chief and get back out while staying unnoticed. The chief wont even know what hit him:)

Solid Snake is a super human. Genetically designed to be the best soldier ever.

He has an IQ of 180, is fluent in six languages, an expert in scuba diving, mountain climbing, parachuting, martial arts and firearms. He is capable of infiltrating any place under any circumstances.

The chief is badass, being the last spartan and all that.. But snake is cooler in every way.

Solid Snake, fluent in six languages, an IQ of 180, is an expert in scuba-diving, mountain climbing, parachuting, martial arts and small arms. Very well trained, he's capable of infiltrating any place under any circumstances...

Not to forget that he's in fact a super-human. The last one with the "warrior-genes" from big boss, who he also defeated.

Singlehandedly fought a M1 Tank, Hind-D helicopter, lots and lots of genome soldiers, Snipers, a guy with a minigun, a cyborg ninja...and, of course.. several metal gears.

Sam Fisher would **** in his pants.
