I think prostitution should be legalized in order to allow for greater regulation which will allow the entire 'profession' to be safer for all involved as it would take all power away from pimps and there can be checks to make sure they are not victims of human trafficking and could get security and health checks on the sex workers so as far as I can see there are no downsides to legalised prostitution

If I only have one sex partner and he/she don't screw around, would that be any help? I am not sure exactly what HPV disease is. If both of us are clean, it should be fine right? Unless it is some kind of external dirty stuff?
From what can only be described as a couple of minutes on wikipedia it looks like something that can be picked up and treated by STD test and medication, however I would definately want to consult a medical professional and not rely on wikipedia, but getting yourself tested for STD's is usually a good idea anyway even if you don't think anything in particular is wrong

Any sexual intercourse be that anal or more conventional methods is physical exercise, which burns calories and as it is aerobic exercise increases lung capacity and strengthen the heart, that applies to everyone involved not just a tiny minority so the health benefits of anal sex surely outweigh the minimal amount of people who are harmed by it

To be perfectly honest I personally have no interest in engaging in anal sex, I do object to people considering evil or sinful however (I'm not implying this is your point of view it is simply a widely used view)
