first off, "handgun" wasn't specified, secondly the utility of the "handgun", in the context the TC had inferred, would be self-defense (gun owner), so the death (or another possibilty- incapacitation) would be justified if the weapon was ever to be used, an accidental firing that hurt a familythat was trying to defend it is NOT funny.
