@Thirty-Thirty They own it and are 'advising'... which means that they'll be signing off every aspect of it. Not actively involved, but nothing will happen as part that development that they don't agree to first. If it's not actually that way, that's how it should be. By all accounts, the development of A: CM didn't happen that way... and look how that turned out them!
@Depresso I can't speak for everyone here, but I have no desire for Nintendo to fail... I owe my interest in gaming to the NES and have owned everything they've released up to now. Currently though, the Wii-U just doesn't stand up to scrutiny. The moment they can give me a compelling reason to buy one, I will. But they haven't managed it yet... and it's looking increasingly less likely that they will manage it at all.
@GSJones1994 @snkcapcom411 Bayonetta 2's supposed to be published by Sega too. I wonder if the numbers will make sense on that one? I reckon it'll come out... but I bet it won't be a Wii-U exclusive anymore by the time if arrives.
@AlexFili @boredom_kills I know three people who bought a Wii-U. Of them, two have already traded it in. Why? Lack of games, and promised games being delayed/cancelled/losing exclusivity. It really doesn't bode well.
The more I read about this, the more interested I become. It's a BIG idea... it'll be interesting to see if they can deliver on it. I hope they can. I'll be watching closely.
