@Deadly_Nemesis It's just a matter of taste. I loved the 1st three splinter cell games because you'd feel that you're an "Agent" of third echelon while retaining the feel of elusiveness, avoiding contact with your enemies as much as possible in the dark like a ninja, and don't have the means to auto aim at your targets and kill them with only one shot. Double Agent for me feels different somehow .Sure, there's the stealth, slowly sneaking up behind your enemies, the goggles,.. somehow I didn't feel that the Splinter Cell "Sam" is in there. Sure developers are finding ways to innovate and maintain a unique feel on their franchise such as the revamped gameplay in Conviction and Blacklist, but I kinda missed the old Splinter Cell. The franchise is slowly turning into a third person action shooter rather than focusing to where the game is famous for, Stealth. I'm still going to play this game when it comes out because I'm only in it for the story. A shame Michael Ironside is not voicing sam fisher anymore.

@Deadly_Nemesis I loved Double Agent in a way that they still retained the gameplay mechanics + the new trust system. But didn't liked the way how the story would go. For me, Chaos Theory was superior than double agent.

i missed the good old days when splinter cell used to play a lot like a real stealth action game.. Splinter cell died with chaos theory..=( I missed the moment where you'd hide in the dark, hide bodies, do a split jump, steadily and accurately aim your gun at an enemy...and bring back Michael Ironside...=((

I remembered when i played call of cthulhu... sure it was scary but its getting rediculous later on in the game, all you do is hide hide and hide... As for Resident Evil, the first 3 resident evil games were good during the ps1 era, but when 4 came out, its more like a survival action game rather than a survival horror game, same as RE 5.
