I'm having the same problem with Firefox, been doing it for a few days now, it just tells me that I need flash player 10 which I've since installed but it's made no difference, I just get the blank screen with the flash player message and at the bottom left of the browser it says 'done'. I haven't updated windows or firefox for a while, not made any changes to my pc, seems a bit odd and is more than a little irritating to say the least, I'm not sure what the correct approach to remedying the situation is.
