@fatee Like gommybear said, SC2 has the best community I have seen in a video game. Sure you get ragers and elitists, but they're very very few compared to other games.

Also a large part of it is video game companies appealing to their audience. Lots of men play video games, few women play video games, so which would you rather try to please as a game developer?

@Tremblay343 I think what people are getting at is this is actually bad, just another reason for them to charge more for controllers and it's not actually adding anything very useful. I'm fine with actual improvements to a controller, but gimmicks not so much.
