One on one face off will most likely be plagued by boosting if you can gain XP from it. That's the main reason they took the one on one mode out of MW2 since people used it to boost.

So far, one of the only good things I see out of this is by putting a browser on the 360 maybe now people will have a way to use the wireless Internet at hotels and other places that require you to go to a log-on page before accessing the internet.

That's the biggest issue I've had with the 360, if I went to a hotel and wanted to play Live I was screwed unless I used my laptop as a bridge after using a web page to log on. I didn't have to worry about that with other consoles since they had browsers I could log on with directly.

Hopefully they surprise us and make it a lot better. IE 10 isn't too bad on Windows 8.

The funny thing is last fall during Black Friday one of the stores I shop at regularly was offering the 4GB for $99. They had about 20 in a stack and they were gone in less than five minutes, with some putting two or three in their cart. You know some of those went on eBay for a profit.

@Nilbogssa So, despite the world facing Hitler, the Japanese Earthquake, 9/11, racism, famine, Columbine, and countless other natural and man-made problems the breaking point for you that makes you not want to live on this planet anymore is the fact a video game you don't even have to buy has more pre-orders than you think it deserves?

Whether we like it or not, they do have a point. The economy sucks so people aren't going to buy every single FPS that comes out. People are going to buy what they are familiar with rather than take a chance with something new. We can complain all we want but unless we show what we want with our money, as in buy the titles that aren't that popular, then maybe more developers will take a chance rather than rip off the established ones.

If that ban does go through, I wonder if it would affect US troops stationed in Germany since technically they can buy stuff on the non-German military stores on base and they can still buy stuff from American mail-order companies like Amazon and Tigerdirect.
