Played a fair bit of Monster Hunter: Freedom Unite today. Finally took down the Khezu! Ugh, that thing had so much hp.

Haha, great timing with this one; I just picked up Chains of Olympus and finished it the other week. I absolutely loved it (one of the best psp games imo) so if the sequel is anything like the first it's a must buy!

I didn't find the language learning software on the DS very useful. Sure, it had it's good points (actually having to speak the word into the mic springs to mind) but it's just not as effective as cranking out a proper study guide and taking notes. I think this software would be better suited as a "refresher" while you sat on the bus or something.

Got my PSP in Japan as a "souvenir" and I'm so glad I did! Picked up Bleach: Heat the Soul 3, Tekken, Armoured Core, Dynasty warriors and Monster Hunter which I had no idea how to play untill I got another copy in english, lol.
