I like the game, I wasn't able to play the Multi player beta although I met the minimum requirments mentioned on the website. Some minor details on my graphics card that weren't up to the version the game asks for. So disappointed. (Nvidia gt9800m card)
still waiting on Mark's comments on part 3 maybe! ... I gotta tell u guys i've been playing it for few months now, and it's really fun to play. Since u don't need someone to play with, though the menu on that game is annoying! Ubisoft and EA do really love there stupid menus, I find those 2 companies make games with very slow deep menus!
Yeah! I am gonna have to agree with Director Cage on the ideas of games nowadays. Not much creativity and most ideas and games come around violence. I do enjoy shooters so much it's where I spend most of my time online, But I also remember the first time I watched Heavy Rain videos and the the first time I played it. I wanted to finish it right then I didn't want to wait and sleep on it. It was addictive yet a little short. something special something fresh... I do want to play those sort of games. Something never done b4 and get mastered by a great team who knows it. it was engaging and emotionally charged, and I loved it. On the other hand, I wish to see new consoles that support better 3D, faster and upgradable. I understand that the PS3 still can make great looking games like Uncharted, God of War and Heavy Rain, but it needs to be freshen up by some other technologies like apps, more functions and adaptivity.
Explode?!! I agree with @endorbr, I don't think that gonna happen anytime soon. Although, I must say that I've played Dirt2, Batman: Arkam Asylum, Need for speed: Shift and Crysis 2 on PC and they look so much better on my pc than on console. Crysis 2 in particular looked like a different game, everything looked gorgeous and you notice so much more details every where in the game than on PS3 where it was mostly blurry. I still have my PS3 and I play most of my games on it. The thing about console is its online community, easy access and yeah its so much cost-effective than a gaming pc (or any other pc). one more thing is the joypad, I hate playing with a mouse and a keyboard, with Crysis 2 I can use my Xbox 360 joypad and that's not true for other shooters. I just hope BF3 is going to support joypad natively I'd hate to use it via an emulator.
we used MW2 to determine which of the 2 consoles makes the game looks better. someone can easily tell that on XBOX 360 the game shines very colorfully than on the PS3. we had the 2 consoles attached to the same TV on the same setting of colors and everything else. Believe me when i say this, If ur a PS3 player and u play mw2 often; u don't need an XBOX attached to the same TV to tell the difference. As soon as u watch someone plays it on an XBOX, ur gonna be like "waw, this is shinny" !
