I bought the cheap ones on eBay when the official ones were impossible to get. I've had absolutely no problems. Short of interference, you shouldn't have any problems with them. Copper leads send signal... that's all there is to it. If the signal is sent, the signal is sent. It's not like you're (likely) running over great distances or anything. I've seen people rave about Monster Cables and stuff, but I've never seen a difference. You're paying for a brand.

Meh. Whatever. I got sick of all of this stuff, part of why I got out of the technical productions field, and I know that my cheap component cables have given me no trouble whatsoever, so I'm content with them. It's kind of hard to argue with that, so ignore the rest of what I said.

You already have Tales of Symphonia, which I was going to recommend.

Phantasy Star Online Episode I & II is fun if you're into dungeon crawling. My library is pretty limited, so I don't have much else to recommend, sorry.

Which ones do you think will be announced in a little while, and which ones do you think wont be announced for a long time, or just not happen?GreasyFetus69

KotOR III sounds probable. BioWare wouldn't have to make it, either. Obsidian made KotOR II, after all. There's no reason Obsidian wouldn't make the third game, and, somewhere, someone in the Lucas organizations commented on a potential KotOR III. Hmm. I'll have to dig that up.

[QUOTE="Speedy454545"] Are there even any enemies to kill? shockwave04

Are you really really sure that you have watched tons of videios ???

Uh. Good question.

You shoot a lot of things. Go play the older Metroid Prime games to get an idea of what is likely to be the case here in Corruption. Add to that the "best control of any console shooter ever" and you've probably got a decent idea of what is going on.

I think Gamestop sells Metroid Prime for $6; I imagine you can afford that, and it's a very worthwhile experience.

I waited outside of Target for 20 hours to be first in line on launch day. Too hardcore? Maybe. It was worth it, though.

I just played it for an hour, and I absolutely loved it. I'm a huge fan of Classic RPGs (like Chrono Trigger), and this is exactly what I was hoping for. It seems extremely solid, and I actually like the art direction. I have been excited about the game since I first heard about it, but playing the demo reassured me of the game being a worthwhile purchase.

It's awesome. A huge download, though.

I'm not looking to make this into any kind of Console Wars post, but read this again.

The Wii isn't really capable of handling multiplatform games for the next generation. So expect to see more and more exclusive Wii titles that are spin-offs of the big franchises on the PS3/360.

RyanWare

The Wii isn't capable of doing all the things that the 360/PS3 can. That's just the fact of the hardware. Force Unleashed has a very complex engine that the Wii can't likely pull off. It's not an unwillingness to support the Wii, but a desire to not be held back from technological progress for the sake of being available on all platforms.

Bottom line, don't count on Force Unleashed making it to the Wii.

Still, I would prefer a solid 1:1 lightsaber game, anyway. What self-respecting Star Wars fan didn't go immediately to this idea when the Wiimote was revealed?

I already pre-ordered and pre-paid for it. I'm excited about its release.

IGN UK gave it an 8.7, if I'm not mistaken. Everyone seems to be raving about it, so I'm expecting good things.

The videos look awesome. :D

As I said earlier, I already pre-ordered and pre-paid for this game, but I did so on a bit of a whim. Now, every little bit I read about it, or every video clip I watch, makes me crave having the game in my possession. Unfortunately, I have a week to go until its release.

I look forward to playing you all online when it releases.

[QUOTE="gatsbythepig"]I am pretty sure it is not coming to the Wii. I bet LucasArts has something else planned for us.umcommon

Anouther so-called "exclussive" thats just going to be a lame spin-off. If its a multi-plat game why not put it on Wii?

Let's see, a spokesman for LucasArts has made claim to playing around with lightsaber combat on the Wii, and being excited about working on Wii projects. They didn't know what was going on with the Wii when it originally launched, so they weren't going to take a chance on it, but now that they see what is going on, they're getting on board.

Force Unleashed? No. 1:1 Lightsaber combat? Yes.
