knew they were going to tie the two consoles. Taking the middle road is so much easier than declaring a clear winner. "Let the gamer decide," Duh, we already know that. Waste of article time.
Not a significant change from D1 but still enjoyable. Of course they have made some changes (so they say) to multiplayer strike teams and so forth but still very familiar to D1. I already pre-ordered the game and will be spending hours playing it in the future.
@nadsat-77: I agree. First all the graphics isn't the greatest but hey many RPG games don't have astounding graphics and some glitches (ummm SkyRim and FallOut). And those games were great! It's the content that make such a game. I find MEA very deep in this area. Leading me to check every nook and cranny, to explore different alien encounters (conversations), to explore Andromeda where no Milky Way-ian has gone before!
BTW, like every good story it takes time to build the backdrop (foundation) of the story before jumping right into it.
If you liked playing RPG type games and a fan of sci-fi I would give this game a try. Rent it first if you don't want to commit the money. Or do this - Play the the original 3 games and if you love those come back to Andromeda when the price is lower. Playing the series will give you a better feel for what this game has to offer.
So characters level 20 and above will be able to be transferred. Well just their looks and no skills. So when you open up Destiny 2 and transfer your characters you get naked transfers from Destiny 1. No cloths since that's a destiny 1 thing. No weapons since that's a destiny 1 thing. No vehicles since that's a destiny 1 thing. It's like being born for the first time . . .
GTA allowed certain aspects of your character to be transferred from GTAIV to V. At least give us an option to bring over just a few of our favorite things. DAMN, it can't be that hard. Or give us some perks for being faithful fans like: transferring characters and get this weapon, or this suit, or this amount of XP points. Give people incentive for coming back and throwing more money down the toilet.
I'm done ranting. Gonna go play GTAV and do some . . . something bad. LOL
