@simplypowerfull Dont forget you can pretty much do the same on PC as console with a controller and games. Not sure if sarcasm but Valve has a service called Steam.Its a digital service that provides PC gamers everywhere with sales on games and constant updates.It also has a great community that is easy to get into.It pretty much rebirthed the PC way of gaming on its own.

Silly people.Upgrading about 300 dollars worth every few years does the job honestly. At any rate, I play PC and console.I have had nearly all consoles to date.But nothing can change that PC gaming is still king.Its nice to have choices though.

@Morphine_OD I have done my homework enough to know that. But that really doesnt say much for the company eh? Why make a sequel to a GOTY and critically acclaimed game on a crappy old buggy engine.Just says how much they gave a crap about it.

Lol at you all arguing if money has a say.Many Indie games that hit it big have a very small budget and almost no bugs. One cult hit can argue easily. Amnesia: The Dark Descent. One of the best survival horror games i can ever mention.Small budget, third company.Not even huge profit.But very highly acclaimed and all positive reviews.Not to mention almost entirely bug free AT RELEASE. New Vegas.Huge budget, tons of money involved.One of the most glitchy and buggy pieces of crap ever made.Even had to make a official apology THE DAY AFTER it released.Ya.... So yes hard work and actually caring about their games makes a big difference.Money really doesnt.

Gamespot: Idiots. You put it in the 360 section.Ya we dont see where your support is at all huh? The PSVita IS backwards compatible.I mean look at what shadowhunter0 said there.That is alot of backwards. Gamespot = FoxNews. The liars of the gaming world.IGN can get worse but typically this is the one.

To put it simple.Looks like crap. It now almost copies IGN, looks extremely bland, and just seems plain ugly. Also now for some reason or another comments screw up randomly.But after 6 years of being here i never expect much from the site.Anything good anyway.

Oh and btw i use to love nintendo.Had every iteration of the gameboy(i loved me bricks) and enjoyed the inferior super nintendo quite alot.N64 to me didnt have any great games.Cept maybe a few.But as someone who doesnt like Mario,Metriod(to an extent),Animal Crossing,Zelda, and almost every nintendo franchise(cept pokemon) Nintendo's systems have to offer alot more before i care.And from the looks of it they wont for a long time. Best example of a terribad port just look at Black Ops for the wii.

@Thunderstarter Unfortunately everyone else always does a better job in the long run.PS1 dualshock controller was considered superior to the N64 controller.Sega Genesis was considered more successful then NES and SNES.Better variety of games and more cult classics for that matter(Sonic,Comix Zone,Vectorman.Phantasy Star 2(considered by many as one of the best rpgs of all time), and others).Gamecube was a fairly nice system but was really outsold and relied way too heavily on franchises to live.Which was a preview of the future. Fast forward to the Wii and it suffering the same way.Ps3 Move and Kinetic do the casual job more accurately and better.Not to mention a huge amount of great 3rd party support.Along with their exclusives(even though 360 is on its way to the grave) they are now considered far better buys.Wii's motion sensing gimmick was all it had.Terribad online support.lack of decent games,constant shovelware(that is used as the butt of many jokes),repeated franchises that many gamers are tired of now, and so on. Regardless of sales in the end the Wii is a joke of a system.It has already been outdone and outclassed long ago.It may very well be outsold soon some day.But then again i despise nintendo for how much they cater to casuals.TONS of easy games and not an ounce of originality.

@thedoagod No im going by own experience with the Wii.Barely anything worth playing save a few of them.And many of my friends are the same way.Most people i know have traded in their wii or its collecting dust. As for the statistics, ill look them up in the morning.Gamespot themselves showed how well the USA and Japan were doing quite a few articles back.Gonna have to dig them up and find my other sources.Gotta sleep for now. But i dont say many of the things i do unless im backed by fact.As for the other things its just a history lesson that repeats itself.Nintendo always does it.Stay behind in tech and eventually die or stop selling.Its the nintendo console way.

@ArabrockermanX It does have ps3 level graphics.No if.Check the sony conference.I was tuned in to it live on one of the blogs and got to see it in action.Its one sweet machine.But ya im scared of the price tag too.But ill pay it.It will last me a long while. @thedoagod DS did great in america but in the whole picture it isnt as successful.I look at world statistics when judging a console or a handheld.Though they are pretty close to each other.If it wasn't for japan psp wouldnt be at the level DS is in sales.
