I remember this topic coming up alot last year about Rayman Origins. Why does no one call out 3D games on pricing? Retail games shouldn't be $60 anyway regardless if they are 2D or 3D.

It's literally for people who just want a "wii sports box". I agree however its pretty fail.Nintendo, what is the point of this retched thing? Not only does it lack Gamecube backwards compatibility but it lacks all online functionality which means that one of the best things about the Wii, Virtual Console, is no longer present, and it can only use composite cables so no 480p or widescreen output? If someone really wants a Wii THAT badly they are better off paying an extra $50 to get the full fledged Wii, purchase a used Wii, or be lucky and find a new Wii for under $100. Literally a few days after this announcement Wal-Mart was selling regular Wii's for $80. On top of that wanting a smaller Wii is pointless becaus the Wii console is already incredibly small! This is as stupid and failtacular as the Game Boy Micro.

Game is far to limited in what you can do to complete missions and combat lacks depth. It's not a stealth game anymore. It's more of an open world action game. I'm still playing through it, but compared to other games it's pretty dissapointing in how little control you actually have.
It's cool people are enjoying though, I Like ubisoft as a publisher so hopefully they can change things up the next time.
More then likely yes, but I don't think alot of people will buy it to play third party games. I ''liked'' the gamecube, and I loved the Wii. Even if the Wii U falls somewhere in the middle I still probably wouldn't regret the purchase, because more then likely I'll still get to play great Nintendo games.
It's Nintendos fault really they tried to squeeze as much out of the Wii as they could, and they hurt there brand in the process by barely supporting the console for almost 2 years.
so basically from has no excuse then outside of not wanting to adapt to new hardware?[QUOTE="Shinobishyguy"]
[QUOTE="Cherokee_Jack"] That didn't stop Mass Effect, Batman, Assassin's Creed, Darksiders, or Ninja Gaiden.Cherokee_Jack
Or not having enough confidence in the Wii U as a platform, or not feeling that the Wii U userbase contains many potential Dark Souls players who wouldn't be served by the existing versions.
I have to imagine those are their main reasons.
Pretty much this..Wii U looking more and more like the Cube. Oh well at least we get Monster Hunter!
[QUOTE="MrYaotubo"]Dark Souls 2 announced for PC,360 and PS3 but not the WiiU,doesn´t bode well tbh. :(Shinobishyguywhy would they put it on a platform that the first one isn't on?
