@jsrefrig Because you can actually sit in your sofa and use it without losing the accuracy of your mouse+kb (so they say). The purpose is pretty clear, and its about damn time someone look into it.

This whole PC in the living room thing is growing on me, I was feeling meh about the next gen consoles, nothing really new coming out of it.

Then these guys show up and start showing new stuff, thinking "out of the box" actually proposing to bring together the best of 2 worlds PC and Console. You know what? They have a point. This controler might be the best next thing in interface, Sony and M$ pay attention and take notes.

I keep trying to imagine their board of directors when the brilliant mind that designed this pitched his idea of... "let's give them TV, it's the next big thing. Everyone will want to have one at home, and then well put adds on it"

I keep trying to imagine all them saying OMG, mind blowing...

@armyown I can give you many reasons:

a) If you're a fanboy sheep that buys anything M$;

b) You like to be watched and heard by the kinect;

c) You like Adds;

d) You like TV because its the next big thing;

e) You believe that the CLOUD will make the XBone 10 times more powerful than PCs.
