@TheOnlyConan In all truth, I became a console convert because the difference between a good gaming experience on a PC and on a console was about £500 in hardware terms.
Actually, given that the PS4 'won't lose as much money as the PS3' and the recent price drop of the Vita, everyone could just wait until they go bust and start selling them on eBay...?
@Icepick_Trotter @TwinStripeUK It comes to something when the handheld that they were considering GIVING AWAY with a PS4 has better titles on it. But still nothing of substance or original (apart from that CryEngine3 demo and the one with the cell-shaded bloke running around a Greek island). And the one with the deformed kid in it is just plain disturbing...
Oh, and incidentally, did anyone else see the announcements for a free game 'That enables you to buy anything you want' and the two free games that won't work unless you buy a PS+ membership?
What's more impressive is that Sony appear to have done two conferences - the one Mark writes about and the one everyone else saw! Or did nobody else see the conference that started with 25 minutes of near total silence, occasionally interrupted by small stirrings of nervous, unsure applause to try and break the awkward dead air in between announcements? Absolutely NOTHING happened until the indie games appeared on the Vita!
