@EL_Bomberdor If this person is like me, the problem with social club is -single players don't want to have to make an account for something they're not going to use.
@EL_Bomberdor Played part of it before -just wasn't interesting (as much as I played) to me -not everyone likes the same things. I'm a single player and not really into the western/cowboy look/feel, but I am happy for the PC gamers who have been waiting for it to finally get it, I just won't be one of them. *Far as your console statement, to me and most PC gamers, no game is worth it (or else we'd have them!- some do -some use predominately PC, just get exclusives on the others.
I really don't care about rdr coming over to PC, I mainly am hoping gta5 is a good game. Time will tell. I also hope Rockstar does what it's claiming and bringing more games to the PC. I ran gta4, didn't have the problems some had with it, I was annoyed at the social club requirement, or whatever it was called (been a long time since I've loaded it). Gta5 won't be a pre-order for me, but I'll get it right after release if it goes smooth on PC.
Such a large number of gamers prefer sp as a way to play this game/style, and social- I'm just tired of that being crammed down our throats everytime we turn around- the LAST thing I want is other people, drm, distraction in my game(s), I'm a single player for a reason, for me and those like me (sp's) gaming is my time to relax AWAY from people- and drm. I don't support/purchase games that try to force onto me their vision of how I SHOULD GAME. That's my choice, and when it's not- I'll go elsewhere with my $.
@DefconRave I have to agree. If you deal with ea, you're going to get burned, they ruin everything, SimCity was such a nice series, and look what they've done to it. Not enough gamers use restraint (not buying games/supporting bad companies/decisions) and speak with their $, which is the only language they understand.
