Hmm still no info on it. Some people saying it's fine but some saying some files may be corrupt which I wouldn't mind about. I'm just worried that some of the installed games are copies, and that they will be flagged for some reason. Any other info? Thanks

Thanks alot will try and find it now ;) I know the e-mail address now but not the password is still unknown and I don't know the security question :( I think it says it's ok if you do it by memory card so transfering it from the hard drive I'm sure it'll be fine. As long as it doesn't ban my new xbox I don't care. And as long as it doesn't do that, I guess I'll just have to create a new profile :(

The only reason I ask is because I don't want my new xbox being banned also. The reason for the ban was because my xbox was *SPECIAL* (hint) Thanks for the help :)

Hi guys,

I really need some help here. Basically, I don't know the e-mail address or password gamertag is registered to. My xbox has been banned and I am going to buy a new xbox. But, I have a 120gb that was on the xbox when it was banned and I was wondering is the content on it ok to transfer to my new xbox? If not, I'll probably have to make a new profile (Grrr 43,000G gone).

So, can I use my transfer cable to move the content from my 120gb hard drive to my new 250gb slim??

Thanks alot!

Hi guys,

Yesterday, I tried updating my xbox using a game disc as I don't have xbox live. I haven't been on my xbox in ages so I think this was one of the updates from quite a while ago (July?). Anyway, I tried updating and then it just said 'Can't read disc' but, instead of letting me go back to the dashboard or anything like that, It's just stuck on the same screen. I've tried unplugging everything and restarting the xbox but nothing seems to help. When I start it up it just apperas on the same screen. I tried downloading the update from a burnt disc and that also said 'Update failed'. I did speak to someone on xbox chat on the website but all they said was to send it in to get repaired but they said it would cost about £80 so I would rather just buy a new xbox but before I do I'm just wondering is there anything I can try to fix it before going out and spending £100 on a new xbox?

Thanks alot.

Battlefield will definately be a better game in fact I might sell MW2 when BF BC2 comes out because I think I won't play it as I will be playing BF so much!

But yes BF BC2 won't sell as much as mw2 but who cares (except for the makers!)
