Why do people keep trying to choose in between Saints Row or GTA? Saints Row started as a copycat, sure, but it has long since quit being anything similar to GTA games. You don't have to like GTA nor Saints Row, but PLEASE stop being children and quit the "GTA/SR is better" bullshit. I've pre-ordered GTA V and am about to start SR IV (just finished SR The Third), so see, your brain is not going to explode if you accept both games for what they are. Some times it feels it's just a bunch of kids who can't purchase both games so they have to defend themselves by lashing out at the one they enjoy the least in order to convince themselves that "they didn't want it anyway"... ****...
I don't see why this waited for a new generation of consoles for release. I have it on my Mac and , dude, any current consoles could easily run it on max, why release it now? Everyone who cared about it has played it on their PC or Mac by now, and making the console audience buy a new gen for THIS game? heh it just doesn't add up
Didn't like that touchpad in the middle of the controller, nor do I trust Sony to make full use of it, just like PS3 we had a few game games that used that "balance tilt" thing, most didn't work correctly, and after a while that was not even a feature in games anymore. I feel about it towards the touchpad most of all, anyone who was foolish enough (like me) to buy a Vita knows that the portable actually rocks, but for some reason it's not explored by Sony... I enjoyed most of what I heard about PS4 in general anyway and there's a great chance I'll buy it, but first I want to hear about Microsoft's new console, I want to compare exclusive games that sort of thing. Watch Dogs is the one game that has my attention at the moment.
Awful, I`m glad this never saw the light of day. I was always interested in a Star Wars game that played SOMEWHAT like a fighting game, like the boss battles in Force Unleashed, but one of the things I would neever allow would be pitting, for instance, Qui Gon Jin against Palpatine... It's just cheap merchandise...
Strange, the Gears of War mythos has Bernie (that's her name right?) and she's a fucking kick ass in the books, you could do a great game focused on her, she hates the Locust more than anyone and has a rich story behind the hatred. I agree Anya looks good, but she's sorta empty and senseless, I mean, she's the hot info girl turned soldier at the rush of the hour, Bernie on the other hand is a natural born killer...
The combat looks very, very generic, thanks Batman for ruining every action combat after your excellent gameplay, and thank you too Sleeping Dogs... So yeah, the fighting looks forgettable... But the rest of the game seems very very very fresh, I love the William Gibson/Bruce Sterling cyberpunk feel it has, I'm first in line to buy this game!!!
I'm really looking forward! But I hope they keep the realism from GTA IV, I know most people didn't like that, but it was the very first time a GTA game really managed to grip me...
