Chicago is awesome. And as far as films go, they aren't traditional musicals but Moulin Rouge! and Across the Universe also rock.

It amazes me how so many people don't read the posts in the thread. Its been stated since my post on page 3 or 4 and since then that their will be a Kill Bill Vol. 3 and 4 and yet people are still saying that their won't be...I just don't understand it.

I don't understand it either. It's not a matter of opinion, it's a fact that there will be a third film, yet people keep voting 'no'. Honestly, can't people read?

If it was an emergency, and someone had to send a quick text on their phone then they should at least have the decency to try hide it in their bag/pocket while texting and then quickly put it away. When people do that it doesn't bother me. It's when people have it right out in front of them, just as they would outside, and text continually throughout a film... that's when it really starts to get to me. People who think that is okay in a cinema full of other patrons shouldn't be allowed in public venues.

People who text during films have no respect for others. It's not just about sound, you think becuase a phone isn't playing music or something then it's okay? Think about it, a cinema is a big dark room, completely blacked out. A phone is a small device with a bright screen. Even with the film playing, eyes are automatically drawn to lights like this, it's distracting and annoying. People should leave the cinema if they are going to be disrespectful and text.

seriousy? Theres a huge screen in front of you and you are complaining abou a 3 or4 inch screen? Its not that hard to ignore.

Mobile phone screens are very bright, it catchs your eyes attention even if you don't want it too, it's a different level of light to the actual cinema screen. Usually it catches you just out of the corner of your eye and is very annoying. In a dark room your eyes are drawn to light even if you don't want them to be.Also, if the person texting is sitting right next to you the sound of buttons being pressed is also very annoying. As I said, it's just about respect. A cinema is a public space, but everyone is there for the same reason and individual people shouldn't ruin it for others.

Why would there be another one when the movie was concluded in the second one?Treflis

Not everything was concluded. He wants to base the new film on the daughter of the woman Beatrix killed in the first film, and her revenge of that situation.

I still don't get why so many people voted 'no' in this poll. It wasn't 'do you want there to be a third?', it was 'will there be a third'. And the answer is that yes, there will definitely be a third, Tarantino has announced that he will be making it, no questions. People still voting no are just stupid.

I thought the first two were OK. I think my main issue is I'm not a big fan of Uma Thurman (spelling?). Her face annoys me.

kidsmelly
I personally love Uma Thurman, but if that really is a problem for you then you might be in luck. Tarantino has mentioned that she may have very little, or even nothing to do with the third one. I've heard it will be based more on the daughter of the woman she killed in the first film, and her revenge.

To be honest I really shouldn't have posted in this thread at all. I don't like religion, any religion, so it's hard for be to see clearly on issues like this. I especially don't like religions that still repress women in this modern day and age.

As I said though, my dislike to almost all religions means I am probably not properly educated enough to comment on this issue. I don't really want to offend anyone, I just find many practices hard for me to understand personally. I apologise if I did offend anyone.

I'm amazed so many people voted 'no' in this. Volume 3 is set in stone, there has been mention of it in many press conferences etc. Tarantino wanted the film set 10 years after the last, so he is waiting 10 years to make it.
