I've install on my legacy notebook, compaq armada 500, this FLP version of xp based on xp professional.
The system recognize all driver unless the graphic driver.
The graphic card is a ATI RAGE MOBILITY AGP 8mb.
I have download the official driver for XP from the official site of HP but the system can't finish the installation of the driver!
The system copy the files in the folder WINDOWS/SYSTEM32/DRIVERS but at the end don't install nothing and use only the VGA standard driver.
How can I install it?
In the peripheral management if I install the driver manually there are 3 kind of drivers but no one can finish the installation!
With the standard driver I can set colours and resolution but there's a problem with the refresh and make me crazy!
