Only important difference I care about is stable fps. I can see the lighting difference, but I think it might be a little bit of placebo effect when they're mentioning the difference in particle effects, and there's clearly no PC-specific high-res textures, so nothing really notable. Lower/unstable FPS bothers me though, so PC for me.
