400,000 consoles in the U.S.? 100,000 in Japan? With these slim numbers, the only way anyone can get a PS3 without some game-store connections or a five finger discount will be to be stampeded at your local Wal-Mart. I don't think anyone was suprised that the blu-ray is holding the system back. And can we trust the quality of this first batch of consoles with this apparently defective technology? I'll be waiting for the second batch of PS3s, if I'm getting one at all. Its also a shame that another game corporation is dumping on Europe. The outlook for the system is getting worse by the day with this horrible PR work.
