[QUOTE="AHUGECAT"][QUOTE="andyboiii"][QUOTE="silky_smooth8"]ya so um.....he just dropped 60, again, making it at least 50 points in his last three games.....jesus christdkhw
only michael Jordan, Wilt Chamberlain, and Elgin Baylor have done it, add kobe to that list ;)
Kobe may be good and all but he needs to get a Championship without Shaq in order to be truly compared to MJ or Wilt or Magic or Bird.
What the hell are you talking about? Kobe can't win a championship without a good supporting cast. MJ, Magic, Wilt were all surrounded by great talent. Is Kobe? No. Was Kobe AND Shaq combo god-like? Yes. Even Shaq couldn't win one by himself. He needed D. Wade.
Indeed all the greats have had other good players around them. Jordan had Pippen. Magic had Worthy ect.I can tell that you are just trying to cause conflict and arguing by creating this thread.Last Three Games
Mar 16 vs. POR W116-111 / 65pts.
Mar 18 vs. MIN W109-102 / 50pts.
Mar 22 @ MEM W119-121 / 60pts.
Total points: 175
Kobe is the Ultimate scorer of all time...

Just the fact that you think Carr with lead a team to the playoffs has made me lose all respect for your post.dosent anybody remember shaub throwing 1 TD 2 INT vs the damn eagles 3rd stringers last yr? how can u lose to 3rd stringers???? i dont care if he had a good game vs a almost dead pats secondary, his carrer TD to INT is still 6 to 6 after a 300 yd 3 td no int game, and hes lost his only 2 starts including that one, plus texans horrible o-line will make shaub look worse then carr and carr will go somewhere else, win the starting job and lead that team into the playoffs
i hate to say it as a bucs fan, but the TEXANS GOT HOSED BY THE DAMN FALCONS

[QUOTE="SilverArmor82"][QUOTE="dkhw"][QUOTE="JRoss17"][QUOTE="wallymartin"]I agree with everything, I think if Carr can get a better O-Line somewhere else, he will show people he is a top notch QB, and the same with Schuab, he is overrated...Well, I'm already in the minority for still liking Carr, so i might as well go all out. I've always thought Shaub was pretty overrated. He got hyped because people hated Vick. No matter who starts, the Texans have more depth now, but I don't expect Shaub to do much either.

People diss Carr a lot because he has done nothing like Eli Manning. But when you look at the Texans roster, you have to wonder WHY Carr hasn't quit the team yet. The O-line is horrendous. They can't block for crap. Carr showed flashes of talent whenever he was up on his feet and not on his @$$. A lot, I mean a lot of people hype Schaub but to me, trading for a back-up QB for 2 2nd round picks and switching first round is not worth it. Schaub could end up easily being a flop as Texans QB. If I were Texans' GM, I would have picked up Drew Stanton, an underrated yet potential Superstar QB from Michigan State.
What you don't realize is that during the season in which the Texans went 2-14, the offensive coordinator designed plays to get the ball out of Carr's hands quicker........................still did not work and Carr continued to struggle. Was that the fault of the offensive line?no thats the fault of the system thats why he got INT'd so much but had such a good pass completion rate He had such a good completion percentage because he has never consistently thrown the ball downfield with accuracy and he locks on to his primary target a lot. Carr throws many short passes.[QUOTE="JRoss17"][QUOTE="wallymartin"]I agree with everything, I think if Carr can get a better O-Line somewhere else, he will show people he is a top notch QB, and the same with Schuab, he is overrated...Well, I'm already in the minority for still liking Carr, so i might as well go all out. [QUOTE="dkhw"][QUOTE="andyboiii"]I just watched kobe hit 65 points in a laker win today, the man is god like nickdastick
He's the closest thing to a god of basketball if there is such thing. Hopefully, Lebron can break out like that next season.
So why is it that scoring a lot of points means you're great? Kobe is good but he lacks in so many areas. He isn't a leader at all which is something that all teams need and he shoots a horrid %. I could make a lot of points too if you gave me over 50 shots a game because if I only make 35% of them (18 shots more of less) I will have around 42 pts (6 of those are 3's) without shooting any FT's but 35% is pathetic! He and AI do that all the time. They score a high number but they have a % that is just pathetic! LeBron scores plenty but he helps his team get into it too. He's a much better team player overall which is huge. Not to mention he shoots a better percentage and is already reaching marks faster than Kobe did.
What more of a leader would you want Kobe to be? Seems like you just want to keep on hating on him. He made a big effort to be more of a leader and is passing better than he did last year and because of the Laker's injuries not even Kobe can help that. You can't completely lead your team with several of your players injured. When you guys make these ignorant posts, do you not read the previous posts???
