Yeah within high schools its certainly abundant, but it doesn't need to get any worse than it already is. I was thinking more along the lines of middle schoolers getting it.

I don't follow your logic. Middle schoolers for the most part don't smoke ciggs or drink yet and they are legal. Most parents don't grant their preteens that much freedom. It's not as through legalization will make possession legal for minors, or put vending machines in middle schools.
What is was saying is basically if it gets legalized, which i have no problem with, there needs to be some solild laws put in place for controlling it. I can't say for sure that middle schoolers would be using it because for the most part they probably wouldn't be, but we should take the safe route nonetheless. What age would be acceptable for legal use of it do you think? I would say maybe 18.
The only thing I have against it bein legalized is that more and more young kids could be getting their hands on it. If the government could set up reasonable laws for sale/use of the marijuana i think it would be OK.

I used to, but years ago the school cop called me out while I was waiting to see the principal, he just said thats a disgusting habit. Think about all the stuff you touch all day that you are putting in your mouth. Ever since then I only use clippers. It's also nice never accidentally getting your nails too short.
Legalize, don't Criticize. Everything in life can harm you if misused. Even if you live the utmost healthy life, you are still gonna die. Why not let adults do what they want if it does not significantly impact their lives. Everyone has there vice, remember that when you want to prohibit the actions of others.
