Streaming over the internet is nowhere near worthwhile in most countries, so if they do stop console production entirely, in favor of streaming, gaming will die, as well, except on PC and potentially handhelds. If companies no longer had to control the internet (ISPs) it would probably be a lot easier to stream, but infrastructure is nowhere near ready for that. Also, with PC being the only viable place to play, since most real gamers don't really care much for smartphone gaming, there would be a monopoly without competition causing the extinction of video games.

@Thanatos2k: You obviously know nothing about opinions. No ones opinions are right nad you are basically trying to say that your opinion is right. It might be right to you and it might be right to others, but it is not right to everyone, since it is subjective. You literally said "and yet nothing I said isn't true". That means you are trying to pas of your opinion as fact, when it isn't, just like everyone else's opinions.

@Thanatos2k: when it comes to opinions and subjective matters, yes it does make it less correct. It can only really be correct if it is a fact, which it is NOT.

@Tidus0203: They don't release many games on XBOX platforms because every time they do, they sell extremely poorly, normally not even 1/20 of the sales on Playstation platforms. They don't make games often on a system if it bombs on the system.

As for the first point about SO ending at SO3, that is basically true with them wanting to end the series there. Even the Producer for SO5 said it in this interview and the SO4 and now 5 weren't really meant to be a part of those games, though technically the only ones even remotely connected are SO1 and 2 within a few years of each other and the SO4 reference and cameo to a previous game's character.:

As for number 4, that is another opinion and for number 5, they basically already said Valykri Profile 3 WILL NOT happen, unless this games sells well in the West, as well, with this basically being a "testing the waters"

I'm not really interested in ANY of the game for next month.
