@aerialstrike Oh, please! So what you're saying is that if you were born post 1990 you are not a gamer? Your logic makes so much sense. I've been gaming for as far as I can remember and I'm only 17. I grew up with a SNES got all of nintendo's consoles after it and today own all three current gen consoles. Granted, I do play Modern Warfare 2 and Halo Reach, but so what? They are far from my favorite games. Also would you specify when gaming became cool and normal? I estimated it was in the 90s but it's somewhat hard to answer back at you if you don't specify ;)

@magnusm1 It's basically the same thing only with easier and faster access to subcategories. The only thing I dislike is that I have to mouse over my name to see if I have any inbox messages. Otherwise the page looks and feels great. What don't you like about the new Gamespot?

Multiplatforms used to look the same for both PS3 and 360 (PC has always had the advantage). Looks like Sony is gettint the edge on graphics. Or (as OleanderX mentioned) maybe the 360 version is just a port.

Granted, music isn't a must have, but just how I can't imagine a movie without a soundtrack, I can't imagine playing video games without a soundtrack either. As said in the artecle, they add to the atmosphere. I believe this is a good thing, no?

Well, this sounds exactly like something nintendo would do. This article has in a way openend my eyes about what Nintendo wants to do and also added some hype to their new system. I feel great with my purchase of the 3DS, there are so many games that I see myself buying. And now with this article I can't wait for Nintendo to release this new console, or atleast to unveil it.

It all depends on who you are and what you want. Personally I would never buy an iPhone if my other choice were the 3ds. Why? because I don't like the idea of being tempted to play games, listen to music, and watch movies on a phone, which I will most likely need to make calls. I can go on three days without charging my phone; if I had an iPhone I'd most probably have to charge it with frequency. Besides, I play video games alot, I don't want games to be the secondary attraction on my console but the main attraction.
