Yeah I do in fact every corporation in the world agrees with me. It's called a customer complaint department or quality assurance. And I think it worked pretty effectively in both cases seeing as they scrambled to give hourly and daily updates on the issues as well as try and give compensation once they realized the outcry was justified. Of course this guy also in the same breath says that iphone games will hurt the sales of PS4, he sounds a bit out of touch with the gaming world.

They obviously think they have enough evidence against them to go to trial so you're right they haven't been convicted, but it doesn't look good for them either.
Never bought into the whole custom Xbox 360 thing. I mean the game becomes a year old and your Xbox still is devoted to it. But, this is probably the only one I'd consider getting. It freaking looks sweets, period. Can't even really tell it's Halo themed.
Someone needs to go back to the roots of MMO and recapture the magic of Ultima Online or Everquest. Hell I'd even take something like DAoC at this point.
I like the idea. However, the game itself looks really rough. The animations as it is look really stiff and there doesn't seem to an easy way to move without getting hit.
