okay so its time to get rid of my old monitor

Ideally lookin for something 22" (ora bit smaller due to alcove space)that I can run my PC AND a PS3 through. Though im limited in my budget to around £180

Its been nearly 7 yrs since i upgraded to TFTfrom CRT so Its been a while since i went monitor shopping... any help would be appreciated.

Okay here's the thing.

I'm currently running Windows XP on a rather old 120GBIDE hard drive

I'm upgrading to Windows 7 as soon as it comes out and I've already bought a 1TB SATA hard drive to replace my IDEbut im not surewhat I should do next.

Should I install my new hard drive now, meaning it wont be designated my C: when I try to install Windows 7 on it? should I get some disk imaging software and essentially copy my IDE HD over to my new HD although there is a lot of junk on my pc it would be nice to have a clean start. Or do I take out the IDE and put in the SATAtreating it as a new build when I install windows 7and copy files over from my old drive at a later date (although there may then be problems reconnecting my old drive as both may be labelled C:)

Anyone got any insight? I cant work out the best (least problematic)way to go

thanks
