Maybe it's just me, but in regards to "Sansa's Realization" I would assume she considered the motives of Littlefinger, rather than realized "Arya wouldn't want to be Lady of Winterfell."

@ballashotcaller: Did you even read the article? They didn't trademark an "entire literary genre". They trademarked the word in the context of being used within a title, and they stated clearly that it is only to defend their rights in the future and not to attack others for using similar titles or branding.

@doom299: I agree with you. There is one thing in particular that I feel is better in Shogun 2 though, and that's the feel of the combat. In Shogun 2 I felt like my units were groups of singular men, I could see a few of my archers dropping under each volley of arrow fire, and my samurai paired off to do battle when engaged in melee combat. In the Total War games since Shogun 2 I don't feel like my units are fighting the enemy so much as they're just milling around next to them while a few bars representing unit health and morale slowly ebb away based on who has the advantage.

@mobinology: Fortunately there's time enough to enjoy both shows. Let's just agree that they're both worth watching and not nitpick over which is better, especially considering that they're completely different genres.

But yes, you have good taste in TV. Westworld was incredible.

@flyer4057 That's not just gamers. That's all consumers. All humans, even. Anything that could potentially invalidate a choice, decision or opinion that you already made is a threat and must be violently eliminated.

@telaros

Dude...

Where is the downside here? Before this system is put into place, you have absolutely no chance of receiving a refund on a game that either doesn't work well or that you don't enjoy. After the system is in place, even if you apply for a refund and you don't get it, your situation would be no worse than before they introduced the feature.

On the plus side, unless you're abusing their system, you'll receive that refund.

It's not a scam or a ploy. There is no way that they can steal your cash or manipulate you.

I disagree. Since you have to submit the game for the consideration before they agree to refund it, they're obviously going to look into the details. One of those details being the time that you have spent playing the game, which, by the way, Origin already tracks.

I'm assuming that if they look and see that you've played for 15 hours in a 24 hour day, they're gonna be like "Nope. He's trying to cheat us!" And that's exactly what they should do.

@dante116

Nope. The game must be submitted for a refund within 24 hours of launching the game. The 7 days things is only there for the people who don't launch the game on the day that they buy it.

You could complete the game within 24 hours, but I think they would reject your application for a refund in that case.
