US patent law is so screwed up, people can patent something as small as a transistor and then everyone for the rest of time has to pay for the use, or the tech goes unused and slows down the evolution of technology. I personally think Patens should be used to protect smaller individuals, but that large corporations should be excluded, including both MS and Motorola.

As long as the consoles aren't rediculously expensive, i'd love to see quantum leap in graphics also.

I doubt its over for Sony but i bet restructuring is in the cards. A serious change in their gaming strategy will probably come to light also.

All BS articles make it onto gamespot? Wow. Sadly, that developer has no idea that their game woul dhave sold on both MS and Nintendo's consoles and their perception of PS having adult audiences are totally madeup.

It's actually a big improvement over the first wchich was very plain, they went for physics and lighting/shadowing on this one, but the game itself is just awesome.
