what about ff13? ff13 is like ...

ff13 > every other JRPG

GT5 > every other racer

MGS > every other sneaky XD

GTA > every other open world

Crysis > graphics

sdu_1111

But its just one game, outside of that I can't think of any good JRPGs to enjoy on the PS3, not any big hitters or high quality titles atleast.

[QUOTE="Couth_"]Square Enix isn't putting faith in the console. They want to be fair to all the consoles, so there isn't a clear winner.donwoogie

I like to think of each console as a nation. All three are at war with each other. Dev studios are arms dealers. They give these awesome weapons to each nation with the promise that it will win them the war, but at the end of the day, it is in their best interest to just fan the flames, so to speak, because that way, they will be needed more.

Ohh, thats such a nifty way to put it.

Got to admire the fact that Microsoft is not quitting their push into the Japanese market, a good thing.

But since it does so bad in Japan, and Blue Dragon/Lost Odyessey while boosted sales for a few weeks havn't exactly placed the 360 as a serious contender against the Wii. Is this a smart move for Square Enix to place so much faith into the console?

gohan2710

japan is the only place that buys jrpgs? okay, i did not know that

Think next time please, I never said that but Japan is the biggest market for JRPGs, next time sort it out.

Depends where you live. In the UK it is exclusive to the GAME website only. For other countries I ain't sure which retailers are stocking it.

So to prepare for MGS4 I have bought me some goodies, first up is my Samsung TV which I chose because they are a high quality but also have style, from nice curves a thinner size, red tint and blue lighting. Samsungs always look good.

f

We have a top quality one downstairs that is worth more than $2000 but thats part of the home cinema (My dad is big on a home cinema) so I needed something more personal for my own room, its not the exact one as seen in the pic, same shape just a slightly smaller screen. I went for a 26", plenty for my bedroom and amazing quality.

d

Sadly the quality is not exactly the best there is. It won't be able to keep up with my business Sony Blue tooth headset but I am a collector of merchandise and figures so I got it anyway.

d

Not only did Europe get free access to the BETA but it seems we now have the best limited edition! With game, soundtrack, bonus CD and even a figure how can you argue against that? Granted the figure ain't the best there is but hey, its a great limited edition.

h

P.S. I nearly picked up a bipdeal walking Cat-Tank also.

:P

I don't think they mean you'll be fighting aliens, but rather that your enemies will focus more on stealth and ambushes (which lends some credence to earlier rumors that CoD 5 will take place in the Pacific), making them like your stereotypical movie alien.

I agree with PBsnipes beacuse first it says seemingly alien. Second there are doing WW2 in the Pacific my guess is they mean guerrilla tactics and kamikaze attacks.

Yeah I know, hence the topic title:

Confirmed: Call Of Duty in WW2 with what seems to be an alien force

Ironic, I wouldn't expect that from him when the Nintendo Wii relies on motion sensing technology as one of the main selling points for the console.
