I'm not a fan of fish but the most well-done I ever order a steak these days is medium. I much prefer rare beef after being coverted.

I suspect people do have to put up with more 'in your face' religion in some areas of the US than we do in places such as here in the UK where the majority of people are atheists or agnostic.
