This. Unfortunately, he's sort of correct. It's too bad that's an inevitable by-product of an education in this country.Lots of people do turn into liberal hippie douches when they enter college.

Obama epitomizes fail, so I don't know how this is newsworthy.
I don't think it's wise to be looking at or talking about 15 year olds when you're 33.
By "nice guys," I hope you're not referring to basement dwelling, socially disabled, nerds.
If by pacify, you mean two in the chest, one in the head.
Haha, the US is going down the toilet under the great Hope and Change, Obama.
I'm 32 and while that's old in my life of work, it doesn't seem so old outside work. My kids are still young and in elementary school, so it's not like I'm elderly.
[QUOTE="KSU-Wildcat"]I won't lie there are some dirt bags in the Army, and I know quite a few of them, but when Army personnel look at Marines we look at them as people who can't think for themselves. What is you minimal P.T test requirements, so we can compare the fitness?Join the Corps.! Join the Marines if you want to be a badder mother... you know. We're the last to know, but the first to go. We hold everything to a higher standard. Our physical fitness (of course), Marine Corps. martial arts, pride, ceremony, tradition, brotherhood, and most importantly - MARINES. We simply carry ourself with a higher standard. You'll come out of boot and see an Army soldier and just think he's gross.

You can pull them up just as easily as we can. I run Army PFTs once a month while I'm at this Army school, so I'm well acquainted with the Army's APFT. I got to give it to you -- the sit ups are a lot harder than our crunches. Our crunches are a gimme. Everyone maxes out 100 crunches in 2 minutes. They don't even take score. They just tell whomever didn't make 100 to stand up and then take those.
But as for your 2 mile run, we run 3 miles and have to get 18:00 minutes to max out, and we must get 20 dead hang pull ups (no kipping) instead of pushups. These portions are far more trouble for our fellow Army Officers to complete, than we have trouble doing theirs.
These guard are E-5 and above and I also trained with some my first deployment at At Fob Kalsu back in 06.will0913
That's pretty bad that someone's wasting a sergeant (and above) on gate guard, something a private or PFC could do. Sounds like a leadership failure somewhere. But, still does nothing to lend credence to your argument. Whatever limited exposure you've had to the Marine Corps -- a few gate guards and a couple of MCMAP sessions -- doesn't seem to indicate you know anything about Marine training, especially for our infantry, or in our Officer corps.
