Looks serviceable. 95% of the game industry don't understand that something this overt isn't scary. Fear isn't the killer showing up behind him with a chainsaw, it's when he returns from checking the door and the killer is suddenly gone. Horror is all about what you don't know and can't see and that requires time to build up tension. Horror games are "fun" in the way Spec Ops or Amnesia are "fun"; their sole purpose is to reach catharsis by dragging you emotionally through the mud. Atmosphere means nothing in a horror game if you can't establish that connection early on, if the mechanics aren't tactile, and the pacing is too fast. All of which seem to be the case.
