i would say get the cm storm with red switches instead, i think you can only get it from the cm store though. and pay w/e the **** you want for a mouse pad, be happy with what you get. 30 bucks may be an expensive mouse pad but it's still only 30 bucks.

for the longest time i just used my desk as i didn't really see the point of a mouse pad... picked one up when i built my most recent pc just because and i will never go without again, so very much better than using the desk.

[QUOTE="MuD3"]

eh, i really like individual sleeving so that 24 pin is really not doing it for me. also i'm not really into plastic sleeving either so the pci-e cables aren't really my thing as well. the only non plastic pre sleeved extension i know about are bitfinix ones.Amster_G

I totally see what you mean. I agree for the most part. It's just that I really like the matching colors. However, the reason I'm still on the hunt for blue/white PCI-E cables is because it would go well with the GPU. No luck so far. At least the one above match everything else. Seasonic actually does have blue/white cables but I believe those are only compatible with Seasonic power supplies. They're not exactly extensions. They're like Corsair's HX cables. You can only connect them directly to the PSU.

Of course there's always your method of doing it all yourself, but I don't think I'd have the time and patience for that :P

Edit: Do you think white 24-pin sleeves would look alright in there, to kinda balance with the fan rims and GPU?

white would look good, but you already have a lot of white popping from the build, i think the blue and white idea you had would be best.

i will always just prefer to do it myself though. much cheaper, a fun project, i get exactly what i want, and not having excessively lengthy cables is the biggest plus. and i now have lots of extra para cord which has tons of uses its self.
