@Inconsistancy Yes, but it doesn't work as desire. Which they do better, have the 12.10 drovers do to better performance on most games, BF3, Skyrim, etc. Sadly after all this time Rage still lagging. What a shame coming from id.

Did they finally fix the game for AMD users, I doubt it, thus no buy for me.

@Volgin_2 We have being ahead of consoles since the release of Dix10. Console fans are just so easy to impress. I still don't believe that Crysis 2 is the better looking game on the consoles, it may have more data, but is not the best.

Actually Onlive doesn't work properly for some, I live in Utah, got a great internet connection, yet some game look worse that on current consoles. Not to mention the lag.

@SolidTy Didn't MS did the same to the XBOX, they drop it like dead weight after the release of the 360, even before.

I don't think this is a big issue. In the other hand, anyone notice that FarCry 3 is not on Steam. Ubisoft will be selling the game at Ubi store, can't believe that they will pull out an EA Origin.

I think that if we judge the game to the other Resident Evil game, yeah the game is horrible. But this game is an action game, the only think in common with the past games are the characters, and the zombies. But to be brutally honest, even if we compare the game to modern action shooters, the game still remains bad. The game seem to be plague with quick times, and other intrusion to the gameplay. Bad cover system, dumb A.I. So yeah maybe the game did low scores from GameSopt, but the score that GT gave in my opinion was to high. Shane keep saying how old the gameplay feels, how clunky the AI is, how bad the cover system is, among other comments, and at the end the score seem to be discrepant to all the previous comments.

In the end the game will appeal to new players, mostly players seeking just a quick action game, but I doubt that any true Resident Evil fan will feel like this game has anything to do with rest of the series. Is sad that Capcom only cares about the money, they keep saying that survival horror games don't sell, that just seems to be an excuse to justify the new direction the game. They have proof that they don't care about the true fans, they just want to get more revenues from the games, which is not bad, but a true Resident Evil 6, will not only appeal the new comers but satisfy the core fans. Sadly, at the end this game is not a good survival horror game, or an action game, is just mix bag.

@Gelugon_baat @raziel2kain No you are correct, the name of the game should not matter, but to be honest, from a establish franchise like Resident Evil, you expect something better. If not a decent survival horror game, at lest a decent action game, but this is nether.

Cashing, $$$$, I game with just the Silent Hill name on it.
