Don't they realize that they are missing out on a really large segment of the gaming population?

You know that little chiming noise that Windows 7 makes when you first login?

Well my PC has been doing that noise, but it will play several minutes after I have logged in. I will power up my PC, login, and be in the middle of surfing the web when all of a sudden the soundbyte will play out of nowhere.

I believe this all started after I did a factory reset (but I can't say for sure because I normally have my volume turned off).

Should I be concerned about this?
