Gears of War 2 since it built on the lore of the first game. This was a game I really was excited for since the original Gears of war was awesome

This could be similar to the Playstation 3 launch with the PS3 20 giger for $499,99 and the fabled PS3 60 Giger for $599,99

So the cheaper model was quickly discontinued at retail. So if Sony launches 2 SKU's with Playstation 5 expect the same result. Games are becoming larger so the regular PS5 HDD will fill up quickly. You are most likely better off getting the more expensive PS5 pro

The PS5 Pro will have are larger HDD so that alone will justify the extra $100.00 and what else Sony cuts from the cheaper SKU

November 17th 2006 and November 2020 Could be very similar in how the Playstation 3 and Playstation 5 launches pan out.

The 1980's was great. But Nuclear war seemed around the corner. Videogames almost died in 1983. Nintendo NES ruled from October 18th 1985 until August 14th 1989. The coin operated arcade was huge during the 80's. There was Ronald Reagan as president. Chernobyl Nuclear power plant melted down. The Space Shuttle Challenger was destroyed. Atari 2600 was going strong at the beginning of the decade. While Sega Genesis closed out the decade bringing the 16 bit Generation to happy videogame players.

The home videogame industry is about 47 years old even though the game of space war was created in the 1950's but very few people could play it.

It was only in 1977 That Atari era made Videogames popular with the general population. 1972 to 1977 was the proof of concept generation. In 1983 it all came crashing down

So for people who are still in their teens and younger. The videogame industry is old.

But compared to music, Movies, books, Television, sports, live theater, radio and magazines These forms of entertainment are way older than the Videogame industry/universe. So in that sense Video games are young

I enjoy the Xbox brand. I have 3 Xbox 360's consoles an original design Xbox 360 phat, Xbox 360 S console Gears of war edition. Xbox 360 E console.

Before that I when thought 2 original design Xbox 360 phats Which died. My current Xbox 360 phat is from the last production run before the Xbox 360 slim took over the market. While the Xbox 360 superslim is for When the other 2 eventually die.

Xbox 360 was rushed out to market to beat the Fabled Playstation 3. So yes the Xbox 360 is the worst reliable hardware ever. Microsoft took a finance bath to repair and replace the consoles with RRod.

But since Microsoft is too big to fail. Here we are awaiting Xbox Scarlet in November 2020

But Xbox 360 phat is the worst hardware fail rate out of the gate.

Nothing as many games have flopped during generations 3,4,5,6,7,8 and I have survived.

Death Stranding seems to be headed to cult classic in the future.

When a new console generation begins the launch games usually bomb. So Playstation 5 and Xbox scarlet launch games won't be the best as developer still have to really get a handle on the new hardware.

At least Xbox has Halo 6 to debut as a launch game. Still will get PS5 first even if the launch games bomb.

With the next Xbox console arriving in November 2020. The Xbox one generation has been going since November 2013 so "fatigue" with this generation is a factor. It will have been a long 7 years when the Xbox scarlet/anaconda or what ever Microsoft ends up calling Xbox 4.
