@Squirrelatwar If you're a fan of Arkedo's I shot a long demo for their latest game, Hell Yeah!, during E3 http://l.gamespot.com/LBVgYe

@chibi-acer True, but we can only comment on what we saw. I still have high hopes for the game.

@RoSeeksTruth If properly managed, that violence could help build a strong emotional connection between the player and Lara. Conversely, it could also be overdone for pure shock value. I hope the developers go with the former.

@0.406646687869 LET'S DO THIS!

First, in a bit of bad luck for this article, the Pro Controller was announced the day after this went up. I agree with your assessment: it looks like exactly what I wanted. I'm hopeful for a wired option since wired controllers are preferred for tournament play. It could just be a detachable wire, like with the PS3.

Second, subjectively I don't think any character is the best. But objectively Meta Knight is widely accepted as having an advantage over the rest of the cast. I just want to see all the fighters get their fair share of the spotlight.

Third & Forth, I agree.

Fifth, I think we'll have to agree to disagree :)

Sixth, you likely correct about the customized characters being options. My main concern is that the Wii U version will lack the interesting single-player features found in the 3DS version. I want the two versions to be equal, but from what I've read Nintendo wants to make the pretty different. Of course, all this is still speculation...

Seventh, I think you and I are on the same page here. Options are great, and if you want to crank up the Smash Balls then by all means go for it. I just feel like, even low settings, Smash Balls appear too often. I don't think they should be removed or anything, just give us a bit more control on how often they spawn.

And please don't take these points as criticism. I think it's awesome that you, and (most) everyone else in the comments, took the time to read and respond to something I wrote. Feedback, whether you agree or disagree, is always welcome!

@ignautius NO, YOU MUST KEEP THAT DREAM ALIVE--or at least be thankful to the Smash community for fixing the game.

@Cazy008 I'm all for building a game that appeals to players outside of the hardcore. With that in mind, I feel the majority of suggestions listed would benefit both camps. I can guarantee that I don't want Smash to turn into Street Fighter or vice versa.

@cachinscythe I agree, designing a game that attempts to appeal to everyone doesn't go very well 9 times out of 10; however, I think the suggestions we've both agreed on would appeal to all Smash players. No one likes tripping!
